Subscription & Billing Policy

Customers purchase access to AYOZRA software features for the subscription period and plan displayed at checkout. AYOZRA does not sell event services or collect funds on behalf of tenant businesses through this subscription checkout.

The final checkout must display the plan name, price in INR, billing frequency, applicable taxes, total payable amount, included features and usage limits before payment. Any annual pricing or discount must be genuine, approved and accurately represented.

If a subscription renews automatically, the checkout must clearly disclose the renewal frequency, amount or calculation method, payment mandate requirements, cancellation method and applicable advance notifications. Configure payment mandates only through provider-approved flows and applicable rules.

A free trial, if offered, must show its duration, eligibility, feature limits, conversion date and whether payment details are required. Plan upgrades, downgrades, proration and credit handling must be implemented and disclosed before they are offered.

A third-party payment service provider processes the AYOZRA subscription payment. The provider may apply its own terms, security checks and payment method rules. AYOZRA must not imply gateway approval until merchant onboarding is completed.

The operator must configure accurate seller identity, invoice numbering, tax treatment and receipt generation in line with applicable requirements. Do not issue invoices with unverified legal identity or tax registration details.
