Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to fees paid to AYOZRA for its own SaaS subscriptions. It does not apply to payments collected by tenant event businesses from their own customers.

Subscribers should be able to request cancellation through the account interface or the verified support contact. The operator must configure the actual cancellation steps, notice period, effective date and whether access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Do not publish a process that is not operational.

The business must decide and clearly disclose its refund rules, including duplicate charges, erroneous billing, service unavailability, statutory rights and any other approved circumstances. Do not promise that all payments are refundable or non-refundable without legal review.

Approved refunds should be initiated through the original payment provider or payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the provider and issuing bank. The operator should communicate the refund reference and expected processing window when available.

If a payment fails, the subscriber should be able to review the payment status and retry through a secure checkout. For a suspected duplicate or unauthorised charge, contact the verified support address and provide the transaction reference. Never send full card details or authentication credentials.

Refund and cancellation requests must be sent to the verified support contact shown in the published website and account interface. The operator must configure this contact before accepting payments.
